How about CIMB GTF?

CIMB-Principal China-India-Indonesia Equity Fund should be better. Avoid single country risk.

CIMB GTF is investing in regions instead of single country: US Eurozone and Japan.

Sorry you are right. Not sure why my mind interpret as another Greater China Fund tongue.gif . GTF is part of my portfolio, but very little percentage only. By the way, for 3 to 5 years investment horizon, i would prefer ADIF and China-India-Indonesia with regular saving. Both funds are cheaper than GTF and have higher grow rate.

just something i found on the wed....
It is a common misconception for investors to believe that a lower fund price makes a fund more "attractive" while a higher fund price means the fund is “expensive”. In fact, whether a fund is expensive depends strictly on the valuation of its underlying assets. The fund price bears little significance.
investors should never judge if a fund is cheap or expensive based on its fund price. Instead, investors should be aware of the valuations of the underlying markets which the fund invests in.

China-India-Indonesia PE valuation could be still lower compared to developed market.

I totally agree with your article given. If look the country economic perspective, my opinion of developed countries have higher probability grow compare with US. I had meeting with Thailand people and they are quite capable, educated and can speak english very well, Thailand Telco is still do not have well infrastructure in 3G and many advantages even better than Malaysia. But I am not fund manager and can't tell the PE value, rather, i would prefer to check fund fact sheet and prospectus of these funds smile.gif

CIMB APDIF has roughly 20% allocation in Kangaroo-land. I don't think it'll make much impact of the NAV.

If I know earlier, I should have put more allocation into it.

It constituted only 9% of my current portfolio.

My CIMB GTF is higher! Betting on Europe rebounce! :cross-finger:
