RNG is random number generation, probability mechanism in software
the matching now based on match points so those with similar win ratio will be paired together regardless of level. its easier to get to 1400 points now |

If I get 2nd lushen can auto water and win B7 already, less than 3 mins settle, tried before with a friend's lushen.Check at pdt time on google then convert.
