Well, not so much anymore since there are so many ways to deal with her now. The only Rina that is OP is probably a well runed 6* max shield with super high resistance and HP.

but still good for npc dungeon right ? i seldom play arena

I don't think so. Dungeon-monsters rarely get a critical hit on you and rina doesn't do much damage at all... For tanking purpose it might be good for wind dungeon opponents with critrate buff..
But else I don't see it being useful beside the arena

Fire 9-Tails and Fire amazon can be good if they're well rune equipped 

there i post my monsters before i used 12 ms to summon more useless monsters none of them worth mentioning... only got linder awakened and awakened water crossbow guy....

hehe i put 4 fatal and 2 cr for 9 tails and 2 cric rate and 4 crit damage on fire amazon

That choice of rune is not bad. Try to get some achievements to get more mana and crystals and get more monsters
If you get a fire inugami or wind bear you should use them too. They are 2 and 3 stars but I still use them to kill 2000+ Points players

been farming fire inugami but all i get is hellhound lol

also i notice when i farm for energy runes on hell difficulty.....

i spam same level everytime cos wanna get diff attributes... but each time it gives the same DEF +7 , wtf??? better to spam giant dungeons then ?
