hey the file that i downloaded is a winrar file.... how to use ah?

just burn it in nero open nero express > select "Disc Image or Saved Project" |

hi all,
i just ran the upgrade advisor and after testing, it mentioned that it has no compatibility data for my tv card. it's a k-world bt878. later, if i reinstall the current drivers into vista 32bit, will it work?
