1. Brand: Any brand that have smooth stock launcher (close to stock Google) such as LG. Don't like Touchwiz launcher.

2. Budget: max RM1,500

3. Specs: RAM 3GB. Not more than 5.5" screen. Need it pocket-able.

4. What you need in the phone: Decent camera quality. FH screen. If possible have Malaysia warranty (not import). Also if possible water proof.

Currently eye using LG G2 and eyeing at LG G3 but lack of LG Malaysia warranty switch me off little bit toward G3.

If possible don't want to use import set anymore. Very hard and slow to claim warranty.

then the best bet would be Honor 6. Or top up a little for Xperia Z2 (DirectD selling ori set at 1699).

if u wanna buy from Sony Center, can go for Z1 at 1499. But only 2gb RAM.

I'm looking a phone for my friend, so far I found Asus Zenfone 5, Lenovo A889 and Xiami Redmi 1S is within that price. Anyone got recommendation at least worth to buy?

Either you look for Zenfone 5 (with Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, not the Intel SoC) or Redmi Note 3G (4G or more expensive)

Zenfone 5 with Qualcomm is the LTE version which cost around RM700 right?

I can't find any new set for Redmi Note 3G

Zenfone 5 A500KL comes in 2 variant. 8gb internal and 16gb internal.

Maybe u can go for the 8gb internal at RM599.
