Based on average driving speed (my case is 80km/h-100km/h) from Jalan Ipoh to Selayang then Latar Highway to BTP... It takes me approximate 30 minutes.

Hi All Residents/Buyers, we were informed today that the PETRONAS service station will finally open for business on the 6th February 2015. This is the first service station at BTP, however there are 2 more that are being planned in the near future, which we were told it is Caltex and Shell. Happy Motoring.

Just almost a month I didn't visit this forum, I noticed lots of things happen. Among others:

1. GOOD News  - BTP first ever petrol station is going to operate begin 6 February 2015. At last our long waiting is paid off. I will try to updates this matter on next Friday!

2. BAD News  - BTP Interchange facing technical problem. Not sure whether the interchange can be there by targeted June 2016. Perhaps all parties can sit together to find a way to overcome the problem.

3. NEW Word  - 'Human Parrot', before this I'm not aware about this clause, or you guys just created for 'you know who'? Anyway lets respect each other and try to accept the differences because I believe this is make us Malaysian.

4. NEW Concern  - I agree GVP seem left behind from LYG township improvement efforts. For newbies if you have time, feel free to make a visit to GVP to see the real fact... and don't forget to try to search where is GVP main signboard?!

5. NEW Request  - To LYG, do you have any plan to build BTP second secondary school in this short time of period. Our current secondary school already congested with in average 50 students per class. This matter will gonna be more serious when all GH & AP phases accommodate the next coming years.

Hi Favo, waiting for more than 2 years???  We have checked on this matter, and apparently all refunds have already been processed. There are still quite a number of refund cases who have not come to collect the cheques. Please do call to collect your refund.

Wow... Upgrade of Jalan Tasik Puteri near PETRONAS petrol station (I guess this is the place where it will connect to Latar Interchange, right?) to the nearby block in BTP.
