I see. Ok, if I need to re-flash the device to CM11s, what should I do next? Should I straight go to:
http://beta.download.cyanogenmod.org/install, and flash to CM11s?

...meaning my current device is already with unlocked bootloader, right?

Cheers.

Yeap, previously before you can do fastboot boot recovery.img; but now is not possible already. Need to unlock bootloader then flash custom recovery > root > enjoy.

That's why I always recommend straight unlock bl when get device before setting anything up laugh.gif (when you're certain you're going to root/flash in the future), minimize the hassle.

That's what I did last time, just to avoid some error here and there.

Unlocking bootloader is only a one-time thing (until you relock it)
