That 20% city includes waiting for friends inside car or what? blink.gif

Anyway, doing at least 17km/l here for 50% city 50% back road.

Your fc is quite bad.

Axia G Spec Auto ~ 350.1KM - RM40.50 - 17.60litre (19KM/L) - Ipoh Area.

Yes, I read most of the FC ave. is about 16km. Some even doing 23km! but there also got a few 11km.
Just wondering if the engine is produced at the same factory, how could the difference be so much.

I am not a heavy footer at all and yet got the worst FC. Am I just so unlucky got a sub-quality engine among the good ones? sad.gif

Yes, but only once in a while and very short like 5 mins... During waiting I can see from the Meter that the most the reading drop a little bit only like 10.2 ..after 5 mins it drop to 10.1... so I presumed it is not the waiting that causing the bad FC... blink.gif

try rev at 2.3krpm for 1st until 3rd gear.. after shifted to 4th gear, depress throttle pedal..
lets cruise at 1800-2000rpm...

see how far can ur car brings u..

goodluck! icon_rolleyes.gif

i find this method is better than eco lamp..
eco lamp not that eco anymore if u rev high..

higher rpm, means more air and fuel sucked into the combustion chamber...
so basically, its your final drive ratio that is important cos u are using it for longer period of time..

axia auto wont shift up at 2000rpm..
so, when u start moving, just straight away aim for 2.3krpm, so it will quickly shift up, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear,
in 4th gear, it wont shift down even if u cruise at 1.7krpm iinm..

of course, if u need to drive faster just do the same method lah.. try gradually speed up when u at the 4th gear..

This is the exact the rpms i have been doing... I never press over 2.5k rpm for all the gears. Some times I even force it to change gear by releasing a bit the pedal, it will immediately change to a higher gear... nod.gif

yes exactly. Fill up full tank, then drive until 1 bar, refilled, then take the mileage done, and divide by the litre filled in.

Before lodging complaints to SC, check this list first:
1. Are your tyres are properly inflated up to specification? i.e. 250 kpa front & rear
2. You seems spending at least 5 minutes waiting for your friends, try to cut this off immediately.
3. What's your aircond temperature set? Coldest setting? I usually just turn to 4 clicks is enough dy.
4. Are you carrying any permanent loads in the boot?
5. What's your idle RPM?

3. I always put to 1/2 during sunny, 1/4 during raining day
4. I never carry anything except sometime shopping goods which only a few kilo the most (most of the
time only 1 passenger)
5. About 800rpm.

If your loan haven arrange and sign, you still able to change SA.
If you had pay for Down payment, you can request for refund.

Some people order their car after Axia launch, so they get it early.
Some 1 or 2 months.
Axia Advance book from now should be 3 months. sad.gif

If you ordered from Branches might have the chance to get early.
