More positive findings...
- Axia suspension setting is on the softer side & much comfortable rides than the older sibling, M!! - Axia chassis setting is firmer & stable, no floating & swaying effects than the older sibling, M that require ARB to tame it's rear!! - Axia spaciousness is a proud factor!! - Axia once the engine has run-in it's pretty much livery & smooth!! - Axia manual transmissions are silkly buttery smooth than the older sibling, M!! ... |

QUOTE(flyingsnakey @ Dec 27 2014, 06:36 PM) Wow what a lucky guy you are!! RM500 is the best!! Many people are misinformed about using a bigger size battery. If you are using a bigger size battery, your alternator may not have the capacity to fully recharge the bigger battery. In fact, your alternator may fail sooner as it has to work harder to fully recharge the bigger battery.Anyway today went to change to a bigger size battery!! It is advisable to stick to the original size battery but get the battery with higher Cold Crank Amp (CCA). This will allow your car to start easier. Hi all, today I notice something when using my AXIA to fetch full passengers (5 people in total).
I (alone) parked the car at the car park, which on a little slope. I pull the handbrake, left off the foot brake, make sure the car is not moving, then put the gear to P. Then on the second day, we (5 people) sit inside the car. After I start the engine, and try to pull the gear from P to N, I realize it is very heavy than usual, and there is a sound of something release or lock when move the gear to N. The handbrake still engaged. Then I do some experience on the same car park. If I put gear to P with 1 person inside the car, and the next time I move the gear from P to N with also 1 person inside car, there no such issue. Hope my story is not confusing.. anyone experience the same thing before ? This post has been edited by mkmobile: Dec 28 2014, 04:17 PM |

And when you start your car on the morning, most of the time the temperature light will be lite on with blue light. I have checked the manual, if blue light means the engine coolant fluid is cool.
Did you all wait the coolant fluid to normal temperature and the light goes off before start driving ? I try waited sometime when I am not rushing, I not even turned on the AC. It will take few minutes, sometimes it is kinda long especially when you are rushing. Should I wait every time? Is it bad for the engine if the coolant fluid is still very cool ? |

I have checked the manual, if blue light means the engine coolant fluid is cool. It is recommended to drive on even with the blue indicator on...As idling in morning consume more fuel when the engine is cold. However, when drive during engine is cold.. It is recommended to keep your RPM range below 2,000 as the engine oil is not heated up to the optimum operating temperature. Once the blue indicator is gone.. If can drive as normal. I do recomend to let your car travel for about 10-15 mins before you plan to high rev your car. |
