Bro Sinking, saw your team. Take note that each player's suitable position is indicated by the red position. I saw some of your 1* and 2* players are out of position, therefore you might have hard time winning the challenge matches. Red is the most ideal position, orange will decrease by 10% to 20% of the stats and I do not recommend playing anyone in the yellow and green position.

Go to Menu, look for Team Setting, the choose Team Name.

Bro briantwj, I suggest that you take a look at your Team Skills? You are using all the La Roja team skills which will only affect the NDG/NDS Spain players... the rest of the players won't be affected...

Also, if your team captain is NDG/NDS specific, your other friends won't borrow your captain skill as much when playing in challenge matches... you can earn 20 FP every time you lend your captain skill...

If me, I'd go for RVP. RVP's volley is effective if you have Di Maria crossing SS from your flank. I'm kinda torn having strikers with chasing skills, in this case NDS D. Villa. They tend to drift away from their position and since you're playing 3 up front, it's important to have the center-man in the penalty box to convert any cross from the wings. As much as I recommend RVP in the game, but in real life, I despise him. LOL. I told my housemate (who is also playing PES Manager), if I ever get RVP in my team, I'll mix him straight away.

Btw, had enough 5* for a mixer so I went for it. Gave me David Luiz, for the effing 3rd time! In what sense I need Luiz when I have already thrown him into mixer twice! Effin Konami. This game test your patience to the max.

I am currently playing Cavani and he is playing pretty ok... I like the fact he tackles and wins back the ball in the opponent's penalty box... RVP a bit like stand there and wait to score...

Btw, I was planning in playing my cost 30 CLS David Luiz in DMF...

Hmm... depend on preference actually, I don't really like my CF to have chasing skill because I prefer them to have SS that scores goal, leaving the tackling to the DMF and CB.

Anyway, I don't mind CLS Luiz at all. All I have is the 5* version with only Flamboyant Feed SS which is useless as a center back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Luiz in CB, as his offensive stat is higher than his defensive. *mind blown* (It's Germany 7 vs 1 Brazil all over again). I guess CLS Luiz is Feed + Through Pass? If so, then he'll be much more effective as DMF.

is it a good idea to sub your star players with lower level star players or just play your 1st 11 till someone gets sent off or injured?

Yup... Feed + Pass... quite happy with my CLS draws actually...

Chiellini, Luiz, Juan Fran... all cost 30...

Just play with your Star players! Don't need to sub unless injury. Wow.. Palacio now 4 star... he was my 5* captain for the longest time!

He's not that good but he was one of my first Ultra players plus he has the Team skill - Hermes Sandal (+20% speed to starting players), his SS was useful and he could play in a few positions (even in GK!)...

I still have him for his Team skill but now on the bench only...

How's everyone's Training Camp going? I have another 30k CP of SS A skills and another 20k 4* draw and I'm officially done. Doing the 4* draw so that I can throw them into mixer and pray for a golden ball.

Surprisingly, I saw some gold ball in the 4* draw. Didn't get any of them, though. Might get a 5* if you're lucky.
