not at all, for my case, Jan 2 till today, android data usage reported 26MB has been used by this app. and I log in every 2-3 hours 

just remember , when there is a update of the app (it will inform you beforehand), better to connect to WiFi to do so if you are concious about data usage.

you are chelsea supporter? then let me tell you - Diego Costa is a beast in this game. franzcys team's Costa (although it is last season card ) always scores against my team 

I was also a WE/PES fan, bnen playing Winning Eleven ever since I had my Playstation (1st gen), until recently they did so badly 2008 onwards, then I switch to FIFA. Btw, out of topic, this game, PES Manager is the typical mobile game concept. Your build your team and it very much depends on your luck. It's addictive, don't get me wrong. They have events that keep the game interesting and fresh, although us old timers have been playing the same event for months... 

Anyway, I agree with Johnny Bravo/Maldiniho bro, Diego Costa is a beast. If you can get him, he'll be a superb addition to your team. As for me, I have not gotten any Arsenal players. Would love to get Ozil(especially NDS Ozil)  and Sanchez in my team. 

Why not? 1st draw is unlimited retry, just retry till u got someone better , like Ribery, or Chelsea players Willian, azplicueta, terry, matic

you can try price draw. it costs 4EB per draw. it gives you at least 3* player. For your case, it worth because your team mostly 1* or 2* only. sommore they comes with level 30 or above. Instantly strengthen your team. 

Wow, so early you got Zabaleta already? I got my first 5* when I was level 70!! And it was Joe Hart, one of the worst keeper in the game. Haha. I've added you in my friend list, bro. I can see that you are learning very quickly. Concentrate on the challenge matches, and clear each round to get 1EB. Can't wait to see your Zabaleta in action, but you'll need to level up before you can fit into your team due to the high cost.

Oh one thing , don't spend so much eb on premium draw this time. Coz from time to time konami release different flavor of premium draw, e.g. retry if not nds draw. This draw gives you another attempt if your 1st draw isn't nds card. Another type is position-specific premium draw, for example FW premium draw, DF premium draw.

Since you can't put Zabaleta in yet, I suggest you focus on farming the eb first and wait for those better premium draw types. 

These are special cards, bro. Rarer than the common ones that we have, 4* and 5*. They tend to have higher stats and cost compared to the 4* or 5* versions. There will be events from time to time to promote the cards. So far we have, NDG/NDS (National Dream Greats/Stars), CLS (Champions League Stars), BDR (Bandiera) and EUS (European Stars). These rare cards tend to have higher cost/stats compared to their normal counterpart. A 5* Ronaldo is cost 34, whereas the CLS and NDS version is a cost 38. Same goes to Messi, but he only has the CLS version, there's no Argentina cards yet. You can scroll through all these cards in the prize draw section, on the top (view rare cards).

It's the NDG/NDS Portugal and Spain season now. So you'll have a chance to draw these rare cards (you won't have the chance once the event is over). If you'd had played 2 weeks earlier, you might have the chance to nab some CLS players. 

Just focus on playing challenge matches first until your cost increases...

Replace some of your bench players to cost 2 players to squeeze out more cost for your first team.

I think I can advise you on this since I also own a low level team in Jap version of this game 

In that team, I have 4* Lampard, NDG Diego Costa, and 5* Oscar as my attack trio AND I have managed to Ultra D.Costa and Lampard. My defence is way lower level comparing to them, yet my team has been scoring for fun and recently crowned as Div 4 champion and promoted to Div 3. 

So Yes, you are right. Focus on your attack , Jagielka can come later. What is your David Villa skillset  - B/C, C/C, or C/B? if it is the BC and CC I strongly suggest you to upgrade his skills to max. at lower level an ultra NDG does make a lot of difference.

Bro, not recommend you to Ultra anyone yet, you still have plenty of chances to get better players. If you manage to get anyone above cost 28, then different story. 

Players which are less than cost 20 come and go pretty quickly, so I don't recommend you spend too much time on them. Keep your Head Coach badge and 5* Coach Badge, they are super valuable and hard to come by.

Got my NDS from the 50K CP draw in my 1st draw, 2nd draw NDG which is not worth mentioning. Not sure how to use my formation now. 4-3-3 or 3-4-3?

Again, mix feeling. Would've hope for Iniesta or Silva, but glad I hit NDS. Heard there are some who got both NDG.
