rangeman is my most used amongst those, mostly cos of its one press stop watch so much easier to time intervals during workouts.

QUOTE(ahnee92 @ Jan 31 2015, 11:23 AM) i see, but i wont go for protrek la,the feel just not so right...still gshock rocks, btw, u aimed only master of g/professional series only? ya, master of G.but the orange 5500 u see is not master of G la, just got it cos its roots is still mudman and i wanted another square. before i had 5600 and gx56, one too small another too big, 5500 just perfect. |

QUOTE(jonny4 @ Jan 31 2015, 11:32 AM) i was checking that 5600MS out last night online n its nice. but i wonder how clear is it IRL. coz fr pictures it doesn't look very clear. its clear enough la, i had 5600MS but sold cos too small...i still keep my 9000MS.GA-120-1A not for me...i want digital g shock. i wonder if getting display model is ok...coz u know those small watch shops dun carry much stock...most of the time display model is d only one they have...after being exposed to all d lights n heat, will it affect the watch ? |

QUOTE(ahnee92 @ Jan 31 2015, 02:31 PM) different ppl different taste bro, btw, gw9400 really caught my attention, solar powered right? how's the battery life after full charge? based on your daily usage the ones who love like the rolex looking thing. the ones who hate doesn't find it as practical unless u need the tide graph. anyway, solar power v3 sensor very efficient la. the 9300 also solar but v2, batt drop to M much faster than 9400 or the v3 sensor protreks. |

QUOTE(ahnee92 @ Jan 31 2015, 02:48 PM) so tough solar is solar power v1 i guess i only charge when go M, so means hardly with v3... probably once or twice a year only charge in direct sunlight. v2 i stop using already, just let it sit in box. |

QUOTE(jonny4 @ Feb 1 2015, 01:20 PM) cant remember specifically which threads but the general consensus from posts and threads i read thru seems to indicate that G7900 is a good model to start with, decent price n solid design. depends la, for me i find the tide graph on 7900 abit useless as i dont need it.best basic models to start with are still 5600 and 6900. the new gd400 also not bad. |

QUOTE(jonny4 @ Feb 1 2015, 01:35 PM) i dun really like d designs of the 5600 n 6900. although the MS version looks quite cool. any idea how clear d MS displays r of those 2 models in real life ? negative display is not a problem for reading the time in the day.GD400 looks good...except for the metal protectors. i reckon after some use, the paint on those protectors r gonna get scratched off. at night can always activate Auto EL. only model i feel negative display got problem is on rangeman...basically harder to read the barometer graph...time still easy to read. |

QUOTE(ahnee92 @ Feb 2 2015, 12:11 PM) lol damn rm9k which rangeman got red gshock word on case?most of the g9300 i surveyed are below rm500, i'm ok with the function but the look still can't convince me yet... maybe u can try search also gw9400 rangeman, one of master g series too, with a nicer looking afaik the only one got red gshock word is the ltd love the sea and the earth model. gx56 if ur wrist huge ok la, i had it...and even tho initial pics that ppl post show rangeman bigger than gx56...on the wrist the rangeman feels smaller. but of cos g9300 is still smaller abit. |
