Hi Guys,

Saw this promo of API fat burner for RM 45 instead of RM 75. Always wanted to shed extra fat on lower abs.

Can I take fat burner pills with my pre-workout supplement? or should I take fat burner in the morning before breakfast?

Also, can I mix my creatine with pre-workout? Thanks in advance.

Why do you want to take fat burner? If you want to shed fat, eat at calorie deficit will do. You don't need fat burner to lose fat. Save that money =)

You start using fat burners only when you're already extremely lean and they can help. Not before that.

Preworkout = massive caffeine. Fat burners = massive caffeine.

Sure, if you want to feel like an Energizer bunny in the middle of mating season.

Doesn't matter. Creatine's beneficial effects are chronic and long term. As long as you take in 5g grams daily on a non workout day, workout day, whenever, it's fine. It doesn't matter when.

Darklight79 is 100% right.

Adding on top of that, there's no such thing as spot fat reduction.

2 situations that can achieve this:
1. Newbie gains. You are fat and never once doing weight training. You will gain muscles and lose weight.
2. You have extensive knowledge about dieting and put them to good use.

That knowledge will not put you in situations no 2. DL would say that 150g protein is a lot for your body. Why? He got the knowledge, I didn't.

You can do this by maintaining a slight calorie deficit like 200 cals. Do not deficit more than 20% from your maintenance. Make sure you are training heavy (within your limits) at the same time.
