For me I cannot justify myself spending so much money on a transformer toy that cannot transform. For the price of this.. can buy 1 set of combiners hehe.

they r more of display figures.. would not be ideal for playing purposes like most tf toys..

No don't get me wrong, I understand the purpose of Hot Toys to make high quality action figures.. used to have Iron Man myself. THe point is though, despite the costs etc if you are talkinga bout that amount of money, i much prefer if my transformers can transform hehe..

Everything about AOE was crap - the toys, the film, the packaging. Can't wait to see this new wave on the shelves...

I do agree that the price is quite high too for a nontransformable tf... but HT is all about high quality detailing... mainly for display...

the problem with highly painted figures/toys... you cant actually have too much moving parts that will touch each other.. otherwise u'll end up scratching,chipping,wearing and other damages to the paint...

Hmm i still prefer Slystrike. The cockpit without the painted details (on the frame) doesn't look too good IMHO. The alt mode is nice... but I think the cockpit needs to be touched up a bit.

Love how the helicopter rotors are angled downwards.

I wonder if all of them can be detached and made into a sword? Or just one?

my source says not-bruticus will be complete by this year, but whether able to reach m'sia by this year is another story. Except u order it from bbts.

we can expect not-vortex by the end of this month.. and by their pattern it's usually around 2 months one release.. soooo.. fingers crossed
