EMS will go to Poslaju, SAL/Air parcel will go to PosMalaysia, however oversized package will go to Poslaju irregardless SAL/Air parcel.

The term oversize is very vague, different states has different measurements.

In KL PosMalaysia never delivers anything cannot be carried by bikes so they leave you a notice & you have to self collect, however in other states they use the van instead (Posmalaysia or Poslaju van i dunno).

Charge so expensive fee but need self collect.

Usually it's between EMS or DHL for express, sometimes DHL can be cheaper than EMS.

If it were private courier company they'll send the item right to your door step regardless of size.. even big items they will carry by trolley to difficult places like in shopping complex or apartment/condo buildings...

coz ppl have courier service is for convenience and not everyone have a vehicle or big enough vehicle to carry big items..

try imagine if someone buys a big tv.. or a racing seat for gaming system.. how are they going to carry it in their own vehicle if its not big enough or they also use bike?
