They dont expect you to resell... largely majority of units will go for Uncle James student accommodation and hospitality services - which is a unique package referred by developer to all buyers.
So foreseeable rental demand is there compared to other places with uncertainty of no rental or short-term or varying rental issues. However, one is adviced to study their ID closely (designed for student needs) and the concepts and then derive the potential rental price that a student would pay in comparison with nearby hostels. Now they have over 800 rooms averaging above 90% occupancy rate. 99% of their tenants are from referrals.Regarding the location, in fact it is located in the middle between Sunway Uni and Taylor lakeside. Sunway Monash is a little bit further away but have easy access through South Quay.
