1000psf is for the smallest unit, surely the bigger unit will have lower psf, 4 years to completion, developer claimed they need to provide fully furnish, that's why need 4 years

Passedby the site from the front last week. Very very chap area. The flats lagoon perdana is ur immediate neighbor with tonnes of social problems & low end tenants. Shops r very low end too n cars parked all over the place.
