Boss, not sure same land, but not small land lah....this is between Laguna residensi and the Sunway Geo showroom....quite good pcs of land....not beside Kesas.

If directly beside Lagoon Perdana and next to Kesas highway, the land looks bigger but if not mistaken, the usable land is not high percentage because the land slope to the Klang river.The good of this land would be, one side can overlook USJ 1 Park and another side can overlook LDP Toll Jam every morning or overlooking D'Senza or D'Twist.

Anyhow, it would be an extra dimension if SOHO plus any shop or retail to be build in this area again.

well Boss...looking out of my window, both pcs of land also have land clearing work.....

So i also not sure which one is for this project.....

Currently that road in front of Lagoon Perdana is dead end, if not mistaken. D'senza and D'twist is suppose to build as access to connect to this road in their masterplan...if i remember correctly. If they do that, they would actually need to build it under LDP ?
