That's why all of us are expecting the connecting road from SEH to Lekas highway can be ready as soon as possible. I would be jumping happily upside down if unit in SEH can be flipped for 750k during VP later, but looking at current condition which most of the new launching is still under 700k bar, my personal opinion is it would be unlikely. 500-600k bar from my perception is a more realistic price tag we can expect during VP later..
