If Parcel A really belong to EW, then we may expect the connecting road from EM to north-south highway already...

I don't really understand why they still want say "taichi statement" if they already have solid layout plan and the budget. Just release the info to the public, overall it is plus point for the whole project, what for hiding this and hiding that..

Yup,he mentioned Parcel A.

They've bought Conne Mara estate, and i believe as a whole. This estate consist of the current EM area which everyone know but also on the left side of Lekas too as you've denoted in the map.

Might be an element of surprise from EW...who knows. Some older link....

Thanks for sharing, we have been discussed about this land quite some time ago. This piece of land will be very close to Bangi Chicken farm, not sure whether EW will build some houses on it.

But if this piece of land is really belong to EW then we will see the connecting road from EM to North-south highway soon... Fingers crossed!

Ismael Ho's map slide show the parcel A as part of eco majestic development but it looks like an impromptu statement by the speaker. But the eco world staff was quick to response with no comment. This piece of land has not been announced publicly by ecoworld but maybe in the not too distant time, ECW will make some positive announcement in future land banking.

Otherwise the speaker do not simply identify the land as part of EM boundary.

I couldn't attend the talk, pity. Received sms only on Sat but email was one week earlier. The fencing looks really huge - looks like EM will deliver some more value. Next few months gonna be interesting.

Bro, this Sunday they will introduce the Timeless Architectural Design, same time (2pm - 4pm) at the same place (EM sales office). Don't miss it. They will be more coming too in September.

Btw, in yesterday session they showed few slides the artist drawings vs the real completed landscape in Eco Botanic - as evidence of their capability in the product delivery as promised.

1 point, if they really owned the land, why not develop this together with the EcoMajestic? Why choose to buy 1 near Broga hill and develop it as EcoForest? I see from the map that they share, they going to build some roads to EcoForest from EcoMajestic. If existing roads then sure jam 1 unless they build a long flyover to there

Just wondering if Ishmael Ho @ Ho Chin Soon can get insight info from EW. We have been discussing this matter for quite some time and it is not new.

If EW already purchased the land, why not just announce it and let people speculate.

If EW is in the process of purchasing the land, then it really takes a long time. We have been discussing about this 2-3 years back.

However, I really hope EW can get the land, then we can have connecting road to be in hand.

It's nice works - basically same as the artist impression but the caveat here is only very few slides shown. So hope they can deliver the whole project with high quality as promised and as expected by the buyers.

But another point is, EM already about 1100 acres, sufficient to develop in the span of 10- 15 years, why they need to diversify in the same location which takes another few hundred acres? They already very actively launching dev of JB and upcoming small Penang project.

As it was separated by LEKAS, I believe this is not necessary to be part of EM, but be another integrated or higher end township once EM is half matured and materialized? Contradict of Setia Alam to Setia Eco Park, lol. I would believe Tan Sri word to develop EM just half the period of how they did for Setia Alam.

If that is true, then we could see a much bigger plan and multi roads and highway links, which is nearer to NSE and Elite? Lol.

hmm, wonder what they are going to build there on the left side of lekas. low cost? more commercials? or just hold the landbank till everywhere else is cooked with higher price..
