v23 just improve the security msg cloud only not much to offer so just waiting miui v6

already updated to V23 this morning... if i'm not mistaken, the update is to set Cloud Messaging default to OFF...

wonder whether miui v6 will base on Android L or not.

since now already Kitkat. hope v6 will be base on latest android

Well. Guess we'll have to wait longer. It's worth the wait if MIUI is based on android L and launch both the firmware update together.

Surely Xiaomi will neglect 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 as both are juz patch for some security issue as mentioned by Google.

Updated to V22 and then V23, I noticed the useless Google apps came back. Even though I'm able to uninstall it, but after restart the phone, the apps reinstall back by itself.
Besides, every time I turn on the phone, Mi Cloud keep pops up in notification bar stating my SIM card hasn't' been bound. Please la, I don't use Mi Cloud. It's so annoying!

I'm on v23 and got problem displaying Lowyat forum using chrome, some part of it doesn't come out/blank. No problem when using stock browser. Anyone else got this problem?

Managed to figure out, go to phone, settings, call settings, incoming call settings, turn OFF "mute unknown numbers"

so bugs. my miui6 camera is not working, most important when i press menu buttons do not show menu settings,but show recent apps, tried to configures at options there still can't.

Hi all, i'm facing this "com.android.systemui has stopped working" since yesterday..
So i decided to wipe data and clear cache this morning.. Bad luck, the problem still persist and now with new problems.. There is no Google Play and browser app.. Whenever i clicked on Google Settings, it just gave me this "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped" with report to MIUI and OK button.. Bought this last week and i'm on KXDMIBF23.0..

guys anyone using v6 and whatsapp has this problem? whenever i first open the app and tried to type a word, it automatically go out to the homescreen. i have to open whatsapp again to type

please advise. tried wiping cache

1. If I were you, I will wait for Mi4 since you are not in a hurry to replace your phone. Maybe there is about RM300 different between Mi4 and Mi3 based on China pricing.

2. You don't need to root it. Just use the stable MIUI ROM. The system will prompt you to upgrade from time to time even in stable rom.

My wife's MI3 suddenly cannot hear voice from callers. Have to use speaker instead.

anyone encounter bug in alarm. i missed my alarm twice last weekend. i though i already switch off my alarm accidentally but im sure the alarm went off right away without even activate the sliding mechanism.
