hi i am using malaysian stable rom v23.0, while reading manga online my mi3 rebooted and it stuck on bootloop.
after some time, it managed to reach homescreen but some apps are missing including all google apps, browser, updater, mi readme.
reports that say google play services, google location services stop working also appeared every time it managed to reach homescreen. then the screen froze again before it once again rebooted and stuck in bootloop.

i've tried flashing the stable rom using fastboot method but failed to fix this problem. i tried with the lastest dev rom also failed..

really in need of help here. please help me

anyone with miuiv6 has a problem with whasapp? everytime i open whatsapp and type 1 letter, then it will auto go out to homescreen. then need to open whatsapp again

but the only .bat file in the fastboot rom I downloaded is flash_all_except_data_storage.bat

do I need to rename it as well? thanks

Now the trend got this USB and micro USB together pen drive.
I find it useful to store my important stuff in my pendrive. If need to view or whatapps to others, I just plug in the pendrive to the phone and straight job done.

is the memory fully or near 16gb or is it same as other android device where it allocate some memory for the OS?

this is ridiculous. my phone got no coverage while i was outside and clear sky. my frie d was beside me and his phone got full bar h+ . something definitely wrong with my mi3. im gonna file for a warranty claim.

been there, done that.

drop height less than 2ft, inside the car, drop it, and hit the steering lock.

screen broken, not the glass, but the touch screen broken.

seek advise from MI sc at amcorpmall, rm360 to replace it, come with warranty.

stick to v14 stable and wait for miui6, if you don't mind the +60 missing bug, by all means update to v23, its a good stable rom other than at weird bug.
by the way, mine is fine running v23. i just edit all my contacts with +60. no problem ^^
