QUOTE(kadajawi @ Sep 5 2014, 02:09 PM) Actually there's no need to tell others we're cheapskates, is there? galaxy s5 still win over mi3 at some point.not really that same level. the nearest I found is sony xperia z1. mi3 just lost to not having a external sd slot. |

Now the phone got a 3" hairline crack at the right side, troublesome with the keypad. Replacement is 400 is that c0rrect? And do i better install gp on it nex time. Suggestions pls. Tq. you guys with butter fingers better use wrist wrap string tied along your phones since you drop them so often |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Sep 10 2014, 08:49 PM) Erm... If you want to get from tmall, better just get from those scalper in lowyat. I mean in term of cost la... or you can buy original xiaomi 10k pb from directd . yup, be prepare for fork out rm89 per piece. XDPowerbank is sensitive item. Need add extra money for special freight to be shipped from China to M'sia. Extra RM20 like that. Then postage another RM10 so that's RM30 d. You can possibly get it cheaper from local scalpers. Some may even let go at cost price if you're really lucky (some buy 2 but only needed 1). Unless you want colours other than silver la, then reasonable if you get from tmall. Otherwise... Just try your luck each time. It isn't really that hard to get one. |

QUOTE(+3kk! @ Sep 12 2014, 01:40 PM) guys I'm looking to buy a phone and the m3 caught my attention this is very subjective issue, there are several factors involved to caused it :my friends have warned me about some of the issues with the phone, batt, heating up etc anyone come across such matters and should i be concerned? 1) phone/battery/hardware faulty (factory defect probably 1:500/1000) are you feeling lucky? 2) software bug 3) over powered gaming 4) too many apps running simultaneously 5) bad cooling casing 6) hot environment 7) etc....... 8) all brands phone got one of these problems above more or less. so not a big problem.. |

QUOTE(legendgod @ Sep 12 2014, 07:29 PM) because that thing is useless. you can mostly do the same thingy using installed apps. the only advantage for the band is handy. most probably some ppl sold it off becoz they more or less realised this as well after using it for sometime and it's waste of $.well, that's only my opinion. |

QUOTE(briantwj @ Sep 12 2014, 09:27 PM) Just tried again. think of this way, its a conspiracy between xiaomi and google to force you guys use hangout Same result. remove +6. Change all number to ori number and enable 'Add Country Code' in Phone settings. Reboot phone, the numbers in 'Message' app is without the +60. Nid to end task it and relaunch. After relaunch 'Message' app, numbers in 'Message' thread is showing +60 and contact name. But it's very buggy, when i enter the conversation and exit it. The contact name all gone to bcum numbers again. Sumthing like if i don tap anything in Message app, then it's nice. When I start to enter conversation and exit, the contact name is not showing dy, just showing the phone number, but the phone number is with the +6 la. I guess it's the problem with the 'Message' app. Hope MIUI developer can find a solution for it. Thanks though. Yea. It's the stock Message app that's buggy. This is the only drawback for my mi3 so far. Other part all functioning well. Maybe I shud consider using Hangouts. joking |
