Did u go to cellular setting, open up sim setting and choose highest connection as LTE/4G?

1-10 is for phone call volume
1-30 is for multimedia volume
It's better to do a soft reset after the update

did on/off and soft reset by pressing the standby button + volume button... but the phone is still detecting that i have headphones on... funny thing is... messages, phone calls, notifications still comes out thru the phone speaker

but when i try to answer a call, i can't hear anything, the caller can't hear me either
it will work if i plug in the handsfree

I think hard reset is the only way
Or you can get it to Nokia store and ask for assistance
This problem isn't very widespread one

How about the Settings > Access Point setup?

Is it LTE connection selected @ shows "active"?

Is it Celcom or Celcom 4G? (assuming ure using celcom, and ur simcard is a 4g simcard, and it's LTE activated)
If ure using celcom, the access point name should be "celcom4g" instead of "celcom3g".

as far as i know, all my friend's 920s dont have problem updating to cyan
again, you should go nokia store and ask for assistance
seems like no 920 user here has the same problem like yours

No issues during call whatsoever. All things works out good.

Smoother than 630's Cyan IMHO. Maybe because of 525's 1GB ram.

1gb ram runs faster if u compare with 512mb ram side by side

No prob. It happened to me as well after updated my L1020 to cyan. Amongst the first thing I did was speedtest, and it gave me an average 3g speed. It was reverted to 3g access point (i think this is the default setup), and I got back my lte symbol/speed after changed to 4g.

the reason why is 4g is not fully supported worldwide
even in malaysia, 4g coverage is still very limited
so default will be 3g

Btw Lumia 720 user here, wanna ask any other user having problem accessing Secured Wifi Networks(saved or not).
It says No Internet Connection connect anyway?

Soft Reset dosent works but Hard Reset works for a while and it jumps back to the same problem. Confirm not problem with router and wifi cuz I have a tablet and laptop connected to it with no problem.

wth...i think lumia 820 is the last to get cyan update...

According to the official nokia website, malaysia's cyan status for 620, 720, and 820 are still "Under testing"

i using lumia 820 wp 8.1.1 dev preview... sometimes the transition a bit lag when back to home screen...

anyone also got this problem?

it's normal, i have two lumia
sometime lag a bit when go back to home screen
rmb it's dev preview

btw microsoft is now pushing out cyan update to those on dev preview, but only for certain model only
