Considering how slow their updates are, I dont think I will be getting any more Sampahsungs from now on. Most probably when everybody else is on android L, we would still be waiting for 4.4.4. doh.gif

I keep looking at your comments in other thread also and you keep saying the same term "Sampahsung" everytime and which to me it isnt fair. Youre acting like kids who plays branding-war in which its not matured at all.

Take a look at first post of this thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2980203 read it and swallow it.

This is what happens when people who admit themselves as "enthusiast" or "tech geeks" but have no idea about it at all. Please be mature in your comments. Sorry if this makes u angry or somewhat it triggers something in your head.

If you wanted a fast update, Nexus should be your first choice. Not Samsung products. Its a shame i need to write about how samsung updates are once again, and im not to.

Well this is a forum on discussion on the phone and anyone can voice out their dissatisfaction and complaints about a particular product or brand. Im comparing as Im using different brands of phones and I want to people to know about the pros and cons. It doesn't matter if my comments are fair or not, whether to Samsung or any enthuasists here. If you dont like what I write, the you can opt not to read it at all.

For your info, I bash any brands that I find doesn't live up to expectations. You can check out the Iphone forums and how I write about my iphone 6 and 6+.

We do have a way to voice out dissatisfaction and complaints. Have you read any review on the internet? I guess so, see how they voice out their dissatisfaction and complaints. I dont see Sampahsung term anywhere but here.

Trust me nothing to worry if knox tripped. If you want to apply warranty, before that, pull out battery and backcase, put the phone in Microwave and run for 1 minutes, all chips fried with all physical looks intact

What was the last app you installed? Try tracing back and see app you installed and run and try deleting that app ans see if it helps. If not im afraid you have to hard reset your phone. Just make sure you back your phone up first.

Quick update guys, i think phone has overheating issues as i was using a slip on/ back covered speck casing. Its quite thick actually with credit card slots behind

Have taken it off ever since it phone hasnt restarted in 3 days.

For the rest who experience this issue i guess may be due to overheating as well biggrin.gif

Depends, if you wanna feel the LTE then its a good move, but do consider your telco and location too whether got LTE coverage or not.

In terms of performance, no difference but i9505 Qualcomm do have better battery consumption nod.gif

Yes me too, well that to me seems to be the only explanation I have for now. BTW my phone is about 1.5 years old and I have been using the speck cover since day 1. Only recently this happened. Perhaps batt or hardware is a little degraded.

Try and replicate the situation without the back cover. Push the phone till it heats up and see if there is any reboots

Wow, first time I heard the casing caused overheating till restart. Yours is a waterproof back casing? But Speck doesn't make waterproof casings. rclxub.gif
