Great special effects with an average storyline but I have problem with unrealistic scenes. While the earthquake and tsunami were very intense, the main casts seems very calm. Anyway, this movie deserves credit for displaying of what potential danger we could face in the future or humankind. It could be your stereotype disaster movie but I must say actress Alexandra Daddario aka Blake Gaines simply look stunning beautiful! Movie tips - Buy a helicopter!

This movie is quite unique in it's own because we are not searching any paranormal, supernatural, serial killer or psychotic stuff but just a badass named Blackway. The plot may be a little bit draggy in the beginning but everything becomes clear later on. Anthony Hopkins may be old but he still got it! Just weird if people would say Julia Stiles is pretty. Is she? This movie has loads of conversation rather than actions for most of the time. A simple but effective after midnight movie with popcorn next to you.

Holy crap what have I just watched? A thriller that fails to deliver. I can understand what the producers were trying to do but somehow it just fell flat. There's nothing horror but just cheap thrill. I don't think this movie deserved to be a 6 out of 10. The castings were average and the plot was plain lazy. If you're a horror fan, this might not be your greatest collector's item. Movie tips - Dolls are just dolls!

A not so bad Canadian indie movie. If you're willing to give it a try for a lesser popular movie, this one might work. The storyline was pretty good and not some corny werewolf movie. What you will enjoy most in this movie was only the fight scenes and not the special effects. By the way the heroine was stunning beautiful. Movie tips - This movie still looks cheap!

In the beginning I was a little reluctant to watch this movie because the title looks like one of those stereotype drug trafficking movies but then after watching it, I realised that this movie is a MUST. A highly intense action thriller based on true events in Chile under Pinochet dictatorship. Lena (Emma Watson) was motivated to search her abducted boyfriend played by Daniel Brühl. The sound effect was great and the plot was exciting. Kudos to the castings. A well deserved two thumbs up movie. Movie tips - Trip to Chile anyone?

Another excellent found footage horror genre but this time it's in a cave! This Spanish movie has various titles such as "The Cave", "La Cueva" and in English "In Darkness We Fall". In my opinion this movie was purely underappreciate and deserved to be at least 6.5 - 7.0 rating out of 10. Spanish has good reputation of making horror found footage movies such as the famous and popular "REC". The plot was simple and the thrill was superbly intense and breathless. It's very realistic and not your typical found footage horror fiction. There were some nude scenes in the beginning of the movie so no minor please! Highly recommended and make sure you tighten your seat belt! Movie tips - Human will eventually crack when under pressure!

This movie is awesome. I think I never seen any movie like this genre before. An FPS movie? Is this the first "First Person" movie created? 6.8 out of 10? IMDB users must be kidding themselves! This movie deserved to be at least 9.0 out of 10! At least respect the effort the castings put into! Based in Moscow, Russia, this movie tells a story of man who wakes up and can't remember much of his past history besides knowing he has a beautiful and sexy wife besides him. The rest is history! An explosive non stop action first person movie until the end. Nothing like you ever experience before! The best thing about this movie was it has a Dolby Atmos sound effect! Sometimes I felt like I'm just playing a random FPS game but this is real sh*t! The plot was confusing because of the intense action but everything will be revealed at the later end of the movie. This movie contains blood, vulgarity, violence, sex and drugs, so make sure no children watching okay!. A MUST watch for all FPS fans! Movie tips - Prepare to get dizzy!

This movie bored as hell but no doubt that the sound effect was the only special thing.

Great black comedy movie. It's a dangerous neighborhood and everyone in the Barbershop trying to make a change about their community such as social issues and even family issues. Lots of banter and it's a dialogue movie. Good movie on a Sunday afternoon or Friday after midnight. Movie tips - Nicky Minaj is in da house!

The Drowning would not be everyone's choice due to lack of high intensity but definitely for psychological genre lovers.

Well not official release yet till early next year but been waiting for the sequel. James Wan at his best. Insidious series better than Conjuring.
