This afternoon changed my EO to motul 300v 5w30, first time using this oil pair with Project mu oil filter
previous EO was Torco Sr1 5w30 with Work engineering oil filter.

Less sluggish compare to torco, i feel that my car more smooth during high speed...

This is not a question about engine oil per se, but related to it. My Honda service center recommends to use engine oil flushing (by Liqui Moly) every 10K KM.

I just read the FAQ in the North American Honda webpage, which strongly recommends against the use of engine oil flushing products, and it may void the engine warranty.

Honda Malaysia page is silent about this though... So what do you guys think? Should I? Or shouldn't I? Thanks!

does engine oil expire in an engine that doesn't run much?

for example today i service my car. After 6 months, the car only traveled 2000 km. Should it be changed or can it be used until 10k km?

Its such a pain in the ass to find affordable xW-30 semi/fully synthetic oils!

found that Bezza's (1NR-VE) oil recommendation is 0w-20 as found labelled on the inside of the engine bay (the hood).
does this means we can depending on cheap and cheerful 0w-20 oil from perodua soon??      because a 0w20 oil is generally expensive on the market

I used to have a Honda city 2005. The cvt break down in just 3 years time and to replace a new one will cost RM30K. Honda Malaysia won't honor their warranty. 

Replacing the fluid will not save your cvt transmission. Issue will come back in short period of time even if it is temporarily fixed. You are lucky enough the gearbox last you for so many years.
