I'm currently using the gold Titanium Kendall 5W30 FS. First impressions after running a few hundred KM now is how light it appears to be. A lot of people using Kendall have claimed better mileage and it's somewhat apparent on my car. But then again it's too early to tell and should let the oil run for at least 2000km before really making any judgement.

At RM40 a quart, it's not too expensive too. Cheaper than the ZIC mentioned earlier

I'm still medium when it comes to OCD, I know a guy who uses Royal Purple as his flush oil minus the flush additive. That fella is rich AND ocd.

You need to give it (HDEO) a try. Its a snap on effective, at least to my experience. Dont wanna comment on FC but in terms of engine performance, yes using HDEO does improve a bit
XADO is a very good brand i'd say. Tested on my motorcycle 5 years ago, with 3 stage treatment,.

An alternative to XADO is Nanolub RC-X or Liqui-Moly Cerratec.

I tried its HDEO line, aka MD1047. Feel lighter than most mainstream eo and most importantly the smooth feeling never goes off even when due 10k km.

Kendall got a GT1 with SealMax (10w40), have you tried?
Worst scenario is, buy a 20L HDEO, top up when necessary .
