if it me, these are my things I done.
1. Fully synthetic EO, 5w30
2. Transmission Oil change due to mileage
3. Brake pad new
4. Tyre all new.

open the air filter box, remove the air filter, switch on the engine, ask somebody to put rev to 3.5k - 4k rpm or if Diy, but brick at the pedal (make sure Gear at N - manual, handbrake on), spray this no 5 slowly. There will be a lot of smoke later possibly to clear out any junk? but from my own experience, the car becomes really light after spraying that.
