Might be on tilt. Might be, I don't care.

Sorry, just wondering is it ok to mix 2 different viscosity oil in one engine. I have been using OW-20 and I switched to 10W-40 oil. So for my next service I would like to switch back to 0W-20 because it was recommended in the manual but I have like maybe about 500ml of 10W-40 left. So I was wondering I could mix them together? unsure.gif

I have being mixing those different brand leftovers, hopefully nothing too much damaging the engine.
Normally my mix are different brand, 10W-30 & 10W-40. Maybe myvi are more forgiving on this.

I think a smaller ratio should be ok? if 50/50 or more could have some consequences? I have no idea. But thanks for your input.
