if you put instanteneous water heater above plaster ceiling, how are you going to control the water temperature?

if you use storage water heater, it is easy. But the plaster ceiling will need a big openning prepared. if not,  how you are going to install a big big tank above the plaster ceiling? have you see any plaster ceiling with big openning? Fyi, Waltz residence come with the storage water heater free installed already. most likely they will cover with the plaster ceiling after installing the tank. and leave a normal small opening at the plater ceiling.
just can't imagine how skyluxe owners going to install their tank (normally more than 30L). hack the plaster ceiling to install the tank?

I think it is also good for them to read forum as their info and etc to improve further, though they can be taken it lightly as some info or questions arised might be true or not, but as SA, he himself knows better than purchaser so he will know what to ignore and what not.

Recent experience of the installation of plaster ceiling at my home shows that these plaster ceiling can be easily cut and reattached by screwing those plaster planks on the aluminium railing they installed and using the White color paste to make it smooth.
I guess for Skyluxe case they will not leave a hole there but instead for owner when renovate to cut a hole to install and stick back. I don't think it's a problem cos anyhow I defos gonna do plaster ceiling anyway just that mafan abit lo.
That setting is just for heater tank version. Instantaneous I think have to install on wall and pull wire originally for heater tank to connect.

i think the cost of water tank is slightly cheaper than instantaneous. They give nice nice with hot and cold piping done and give mixer liao then fully utilise it ma.

Problems with storage water heater are:
1. You need to heat the water for 20~30 minutes before you can take a shower.
2. You will waste up the hot water if you cannot finish it as it will cool down slowly (which also means that it is a waste of money to heat redundant water)

I think that will not happen. Skyluxe is located just 100m away from the Pav mall and pedestrian can enjoy the nice park view when you walk through the park to Pav mall. 

Skyluxe also can command higher rent because its high end finishes and design. SKylux is one level higher than Park 2

Wondering the 750 sqf units of the park 2 will make the purchasers for type A in block B to withdraw from buying or not as the pricing is quite similar. The small units in the park 2 can command a higher rent and there is a bridge to the shopping mall.

Besides the location, Rainz is better and larger but all sold out.

The developer should take away "luxe" from skyluxe. May be something like skyPark, skyVille, skySuite, etc but not skyLuxe!

It will mislead people that this is a luxurious serviced apartment.

Agreed to you. In term of location, found that TNB substation next to skyluxe really very huge size. Not like normal SSU. Dont mind to share more details of Park 2 if happends the same case..

To ease the worry, someone must buy a Gauss meter to measure. Remember to buy a triple axis type that only cost you around rm750.

Near the park then consider as healthier......okay lor if you think like that....

To me any developmemt along the road, or one road over all are the same consider near the park.  After you stay there then you will know what i am saying.

Location wise consider not bad. But if someone look for near tointergrated development pav2 mall then go buy park sky or park2 . Skyluxe to me totally not walkable to pav2.  Same go try to walk through the park to the bridge area where ppl quote it very near...lol. see how u feel comfortable or not... lol

Skyluxe facade look okay lar. But to be frank i know this developer skyworld will cut cost hardly squeeze the materials maybe workmanship also abit worry. Try visit the show units, and look at the design , concept planning... or go check v any architect, engineer in construction field...

High density to me is base on area. Bk jalil really super high density with so many rumawip, skyluxe, linkz, twinarkz, km1, casa green, and more coming. Really not healthy for own stay. Especially those look for peaceful, more privacy environment

No balcony is worth to buyer money and cost more to developer. Maybe developer stupid no provide balcony as big as possible. Lol

10units per floor really not nice as high end property. But surprise that 9lifts serving 10units...abit crazy also.

Car park. Skyluxe 2beds units also 1 cp... more than 1000sf only 2cp.
