QUOTE(garethbale5335 @ Sep 1 2016, 04:09 PM) Just to share my personal experience: I have been searching for a PERFECT prop to buy for a few months and attended for more than 10 sales galleries over the months. The consideration is always FH/LH, location, density, carpark, future prospect, maintenance fees and of course on the pricing especially. Slowly I realise there is no PERFECT prop in the market i.e. no prop will have all the considered factors in your favour, especially with limited bullet that I have. Somehow we just need to learn how to give and take. All the projects or SA will just promote how GOOD the project is (of course its their jobs) and the BAD side is for us to analyse or discover by ourselves. Don't blame the SA for not telling you, only blame them when they provide you the WRONG INFORMATION. Until I found this project, which I personally feel is the closest to what I am looking for. Of course I still have my hesitation and worries over certain issues at first but I am happy to place my booking eventually. Hopefully its a right decision, a lifetime decision. Too much uncertainties in the future so let's hope for the best in 2020 when the project is completed. Good luck for all the buyers here. Again, I wish to reiterate this is just my personal opinion. Just for sharing purpose. Totally agreed with you, so far it is the closest to what we are looking for. The design and layout of type b is so nice, above my expectation. However, I've chosen type D with slightly larger space plus a utility room in extra.

QUOTE(ericwk700528 @ Sep 3 2016, 03:21 PM) My personal feeling of this project. Not sure it is correct. For all the sifu out there, please comment me. This property at this location no argue a really rare in town now. For eg: those who wanted landed before due to his/her parents need some land for their own farming. Those who like nature rather than bricks around. Those who like jogging everyday. Those who like to go shopping mall often. Those who like to tracevl to city by LRT. Those who like to live nearer to CBD but do not want to the premium. All these above are fulfilled in this project. What are the bonus, the view surrounding the units are great too as it will not be any blocking at the moment. I am still struggling to get my loan done hopefully. It may not success. That's the bad part of today situation. I have selected the good unit. Not too high, not too low. At the floor of less units. Very sayang if not able to secure this project. I have even asked the management to extend for me to get my more trial. Hopefully you can settle the loan issue. Many buyers at waiting list for the mid floor, good pick.

QUOTE(accetera @ Sep 4 2016, 12:27 AM) Just to compare the layouts of waltz and skyluxe for discussion purpose only: For waltz type a, there is no yard in the unit. While waltz type c, the master bedroom door is facing the toilet, and layout is weird.

QUOTE(kickawall @ Sep 5 2016, 10:41 AM) I have signed the SPA and visited the show units. From purchaser's point of view, i feel that developer needs to give purchasers the priority to view the show unit first because we booked the units few months ago without seeing the show unit. After viewing the show units, I have no regret with the purchase of SkyLuxe. It's Awesome. Agreed. It's just awesome!

For discussion purpose, we are comparing waltz with skyluxe, just my opinion on the two projects:
Both are freehold, both launching about the same time, both are assessable via different highways, both near to LRT, both are near to mall, both price and density similar.
Skyluxe : 1. Facade and interior design are timeless and awesome 2. Good Location between few upcoming major malls yet maintaining greenery and quiet environment 3. D1 type 1200sqf come with 4 car parks 4. Good rebates programme with free stuffs e.g aircons, kitchen cabinet etc 5. Traffic is expecting to be congested as compared to waltz, however, in other view means hotspot. 6. Layout is nice and practical, balcony for every unit consume some space ( balcony lover) 7. Singapore QAS 8. Bukit jalil address
Waltz: 1. Less congested at the moment 2. Not many high rise beside 3. Relatively slightly cheaper 4. No balcony but additional space for storage ( space lover) 5. WCT developer 6. No yard in type a, Too many toilets in type c, taken out some space. 7. Design is nice 8. Oug address
"A home has got to be livable. It has got to be a place that you can be proud of, to feel good coming home to and of course, to grow in.
A prestigious address, elegance at every corner, inspired designs…they put you in your comfort zone in more ways than one."

QUOTE(Lyforumer16 @ Sep 5 2016, 06:36 PM) Hope the developer will consider this issue and upgrade the fridge size. Or else many trouble later. An official letter should be addressed to the developer for this request and upgrade, as we discussed in this forum, the request will not be granted.

For water heater, can they recommend a fit brand? Is it a conceal type or water tank? And can they recommend and standardise the door grill design so that every unit looks harmonies.

I got some feedback regarding the few issues: 1. The fridge size is provided according to the scale of the kitchen and design. It come with bulk ordering, therefore no changes can be done. 2. The water heater is conceal type above ceiling, it can be any brands or water tank. 3. The main door grill is standardise for all unit, and design and type will be given during handover. 4. Aircon piping can support inverter type.

QUOTE(CORBUSIER @ Sep 7 2016, 01:35 PM) Looking at the layout, wondering how many clothes can fit in to the master bedroom cabinet? Waste space at the two big balcony and long corridor. No meaning to have two balcony within a same unit unless it is free from psf.. Basically, balcony just very easy construction with a piece of slab.. Obviously end of the day, residents or your neighbors will just dry their clothes at the balcony which miss the purposes of it.. 2 cents. A small unit is small no matter how, if bigger space is required perhaps should consider larger unit e.g km1 or rainz. This unit is relatively comfortable in term of space, and layout, aiming for young family. Some ppl prefer larger storage, while some others prefer open space with balcony. For me, one of the reason to buy skyluxe is b cos of the balcony as my other house dun have.

QUOTE(CORBUSIER @ Sep 7 2016, 01:58 PM) Just curious who is not the sales agent here?? I think there are many sales agents from other projects and companies. When I ask the any personal of skyluxe regarding lowyat, in fact, they are not paying much attention about forum, some even asking me back what info the forum provided and feedback of the project.

QUOTE(dankers @ Sep 7 2016, 04:56 PM) 1. Agree. Furthermore we are asking to upsize and supplier definitely welcome upsize rather than downsize haha 2. Most likely you need to pull the wire above the plaster ceiling, drill a hole between the tiles to fix instant heater. And if not mistaken the wite thickness for instant heater is thicker, not sure the one they originally provided for heater tank can use ormot 1. Agreed. I hope to get a larger fridge too, but wat to do, we r just buyers, any taikors can do something? 2. For the water heater if I m not mistaken, the point and wiring is already there above the plater ceiling, we just need to fix it up with Wat ever type of Water heater that we bought ( as long as within the recommended range). No need to hack wall or pull wire.

QUOTE(DavidKool @ Sep 7 2016, 05:33 PM) LOL. That is confirm a lot of agents are hanging at threads here, but let's take it, agent himself or herself also might be considering buying home for their own. If we ask any developer sales staff or manager whether they read lowyat forum, sorry to say that definitely I feel they wont admit it. When I visit Petalz and Nidoz on both separate occasions, about 3 SA also claimed he heard something about this forum but no time to read. Mana tau, I bunched into my friend who told me one of the SA who served me is his personal friend and always login to this forum. I act dunno then. Based on some source, I heard some Tropicana sales staffs are here, more than Mah Sing. No prob with that. Wow. I think SA should concentrate on road show, calling customers etc. No point concentrate on forum as not many real buyers in the forum, many are just talk talk oni and give some own opinions.

I have received 4 messages with package from agents in the Harve project, after I give some comments on it. But none from Skyluxe thread. When I talk to the SA from Skyluxe, they even ask me dun listen to lowyat forum, lots of false info.Of course I would not believe everything they said. However, personally I don't think skyluxe agents active in this forum, simply b cos their sales is good, they are busy enuf.

QUOTE(accetera @ Sep 7 2016, 05:55 PM) SkyLuxe have no agents involved, the only third party is us right from Day 1. The early days of the thread had alot of inaccurate information, and in fact, all across the other project threads as well. Anyway, I have made the decision and signed SPA, whether got any SA involved in this forum or not is no longer important anymore. Hopefully, skyworld can deliver the quality and products as they promised.
