The thing is BJ area has alot alot more affordable homes than MK. So probably that is the fact that influenced some perceptions.

As for BJ becomes MK, not so soon lah. But the ambition is there. And I have strong feeling that there might be an international school coming to this part of town in coming years due to past scouting activities conducted by several developers.

This Saturday, both Waltz and SkyLuxe will be Open For Registrants (but anyone can buy).

Those looking for bigger size, go to Waltz, those looking for smaller size, go to SkyLuxe.

Congrats to friends who got about 7xxpsf at our preview. Many people requested us to host more preview events.

Overall sales quite strong. Project target to get APDL end June-July.

Since when the package change? It has not changed since day 1 and they might increase price at official launch.

The substation is a similar one that every township has. A substation, or rather a electricity distribution centre is not a power plant as it does not generate electricity.

We have checked with TNB that there is no concern on such substation as the buildings are hghrise and not directly next to the side.

SkyLuxe has a better unit design (example: 650-750sf range, got spacious wet and dry kitchen area), sky facilities in each block, the classy feeling by use of waterwall etc, and more privacy as no shops below (not dependent on shop/office success).

Type D1 comes with 3 carpark bays some high floor units come with Locker for avid golfers. And other things.

Launched in March 2014, The Link 2 (Service Apartment) is from RM700-760 psf and expected to VP in Q4 2019. Investor perspective of coz lower PSF is better and safer, so essentially it's up to purchaser's choice, but The Link 2 is based on leftover availability at the moment.

I think The Link 2 is offering 5% rebates while SkyLuxe is mentioned in post #885.

The product is slightly more hip but as we always say, own stay is preferred and in any property you buy in Bukit Jalil, you may ride the Pavilion convenience in the future.

Yeah, skyworld is relatively new in the market so we also get updates from what they are doing time to time.

They are currently doing sub-structural works - just like 100% of other highrises.

There is no basement level carpark here.

Ground level features a porte cochere-like dropoff (means grand entrance driveway into building) for each of the towers.

There are internal ramps to go to different levels of carparks, likewise majority of condos sitting on carpark podium these days. Refer to Twin Arkz or Waltz Residences @ Paradigm Garden City for similarity.

Presumably, the future secondary carpark for the Park will be relocated. To where? Let me confirm when nearing the launch time.

Btw this project is not 11 levels carpark (which was referred to Saville @ Cheras). Its carpark is from Level 1-8... so its only 8 levels, which quite common these days.

The Park Sky also many levels of carparks.

No direct ramp as this will require too much setback area for the elevation upwards.

Mostly is internal ramp that you see in majority of condos.

Not the loop turning kind which are mainly for commercial complexes.
