The thing is BJ area has alot alot more affordable homes than MK. So probably that is the fact that influenced some perceptions.
As for BJ becomes MK, not so soon lah. But the ambition is there. And I have strong feeling that there might be an international school coming to this part of town in coming years due to past scouting activities conducted by several developers. |

Congrats to friends who got about 7xxpsf at our preview. Many people requested us to host more preview events.

The substation is a similar one that every township has. A substation, or rather a electricity distribution centre is not a power plant as it does not generate electricity.
We have checked with TNB that there is no concern on such substation as the buildings are hghrise and not directly next to the side. |

There is no basement level carpark here.
Ground level features a porte cochere-like dropoff (means grand entrance driveway into building) for each of the towers. There are internal ramps to go to different levels of carparks, likewise majority of condos sitting on carpark podium these days. Btw this project is not 11 levels carpark (which was referred to Saville @ Cheras). Its carpark is from Level 1-8... so its only 8 levels, which quite common these days. The Park Sky also many levels of carparks. No direct ramp as this will require too much setback area for the elevation upwards.
Mostly is internal ramp that you see in majority of condos. Not the loop turning kind which are mainly for commercial complexes. |
