Don't expect the cheap price you pay, you will have good quality service. I bought my Lenovo K900 from there before and I tried politely ask the staff but what I get is poor treatment; the staff answered me rudely. From that day on, I will only pay the price that is worth for, regardless how high it is.

I have purchase several times at both SatuGadget and DirectD shops. Both are usually busy with lots of customers
Do not expect first class smiling services from them. Their business is so good that they are not too willing to entertain much questions. These shops only for those who knows their stuffs - you just go and pay, take your phone and leave. However both shops always allow me to test the phones before paying for it. I have also purchased from them several times through poslaju and delivery always made the same day payment was made - no complains on this
I have yet to encounter any rude behaviour from their stuffs
TS experience is bad and he has every right to be unhappy

Well it's pretty much accepted that we should try phones elsewhere then go buy the phones directly at Satu Gadget or DirectD.

BTW, your shop offer very good service for its price?

Have to agree with the bolded part.
Even during the less peak hours the staffs don't really explain the "detail" about the devices.

But I disagree with the "you only get the service according to the value of the device that you purchase" opinion. For me doesn't matter whether you're buying RM200 phone or RM2000 phone, you are entitled for a decent service. If you don't feel like the employee is explaining the device well you perhaps you should bring a friend who is well versed with this sort of stuff to check for you. Take your time & check every single thing. Some employee like to rush for the payment. Happened to me when I bought M8 last month in SGDC. I gave the guy my best "f*** you" face & continued to check the price.

In addition to that, i have also been treated inappropriately once, i have confirmed and ask them to take the phone that i wanted to buy,and i didnt expected that they gave me sort of like a "refurbished" set which the back of the phone is quite dirty from an unsealed box.Luckily i was alert enough to check the IMEI number and it didnt match the one on the box.Then i alerted them and fortunately,they gave me another set that is new and sealed,this time the IMEI number matches the one in the box. Also, the attitude of some staffs is quite rude and harsh prior to the replies of customers.Despite being treated badly, i still bought a few diff phones from them but now i felt better buying from directd,at least they still managed to treat me well even in a jam packed situation.

That's why they keep act rudely because we buy stuff from them. We should teach them by boycott their business as we seen today event. I never buy from any of them because I'm living far from their shop but that's the point that applicable for all the consumer thing. The power to change is at our hand.

I had to disagree on this. Even if you are well verse, it's still a bit hard to explain ie. How a quad core is faster than an octa core. You either get it or you don't. Even benchmark can't explain every bits.

Furthermore it's not the price, it's the margin that matters. Much like supermarket vs hypermarket. You only need to ask and the staff will either lead you to the shelves or even help to carry to the payment counter. In hypermarket, please push your own trolley, and load everything by yourself. I really don't see why it's a problem.

satu gadget /directd is only suitable for people who knows the phone that they want.just cash and carry.no further questions ask.

if wanna to chit chat and ask better go some where else.

My dad also like u. Expect to be treated like kings everywhere.
Sikit Sikit black list many food place and shops if not treated properly. End up the one that suffer is him. Limited choice.

One day if DirectD also shout at u how? No need buy phone anymore.

I also dun agree to be rude. Customer must always be treated with patience. But for the case of DirectD and Satu gadget, their business so full. Hard to have the patience to layan fussy customers also. Like Benny said, usually I visit them I also go in n out within 10 mins. Check pay and leave.

To get a win win situation, suggest u go to Samsung or apple store test. U will be treated very politely and well. Then buy online from DirectD or Satu gadget. ☺

I agree with you, I do know my stuff and didnt really ask much but she did not even allow me to test the device quoting that ït would be considered unsealed!!! Maybe you are the lucky few hehehe. Anyways I doubt it will last longer as the better their business is, the worse their service become.

I completely agree with you. I for one, shall never buy from their shop ever again. I will also dissuade anyone from my network to go there ever again. It may not be much but I think it serves them right and as long as they are going to continue this, I'm pretty sure I will not be the last one.

I'm afraid i disagree, there's no such business plan based no further questions asked. If anything, it just leads to a downfall. In any case, I was not chit chatting with them and I personally don't prefer that as well. I am very straight to the point. I will be going somewhere but please do not condone their actions as statements such as this allow businesses such as theirs to trample on our fundamental rights as consumers.

It is true.If I recall, that time they was selling one x for 1.3k back in 2013 which sounds like a good deal to me then I gave it a shot and ended up almost like they wanted to con me but I have some experience of purchasing phones so I checked thoroughly like the Imei code so on and forth.

It's idiots like u which cause service level to go down.

I buy from nice shops with properly trained staff. All these are investment to make customer experience better, and it is much appreciated.

Of course, I'm not a gadget nerd who changes phone every 2 or 3 months.

Well i'm not a person who like blowing my own trumphet. My successful trade list speaks for itself... smile.gif To me, is hard to get awesome price with meticulous service or attitude. The world is fair, like yin and yang. You pay less, pls dont expect 5 star service. You pay higher, you can demand more...rule of thumb of getting phone.

Btw, just my theory. dont like it, dont flame me yea.... icon_rolleyes.gif

Like I said, we are consumer and we have right to spend hard learned money. Maybe not for me but what happen to those low salary people who want something expensive for their need?
