Guys, serious responses please.
She went missing yesterday morning. In the evening I went up to the top floor to start searching and I can hear her meowing.
Called BOMBA and JPAM, they arrived and checked the water/ drain pipe all the way down but she's not there. And they said nothing much can be done because they don't know exactly where she is.

Today morning I can still hear her meowing. She's somewhere inside the roof.
Building maintenance doesn't have the capability to deal with such a situation.

She's a stray that I usually feed. She has gone missing once before and I found her on the roof of the 16th floor, but when she saw me she got back out. This time I can only hear her and she can here me. But we cannot see her at all.
No, we don't know how she got onto the roof. I believe some people put here there deliberately or she would have gotten into the lifts herself and wandered around.

What should I do?

Kitten only, but not very small nor very big.

That hole is connected to a pipe that goes all the way down. Bomba came yesterday and checked the pipe. Flushed it with water and sent a few objects down too, no obstruction whatsoever. She's not there.

you need few different point of sound source to pin point the cat.

call the BOMBA again? since you hear her meow, tell them lor where she is.

So far we can only stand at the location I am at. Can sense she's very close.
Because when go 1 floor down, can't hear her anymore.

Try asking SPCA for idea? They always deal with stray pets, so I bet they have faced similar situation before where cats and dogs stuck in somewhere.

try call a plumber, maybe they have some ideas..

btw, please update here if you manage to save the cat..

That's the thing.
Yesterday they heard too. After they potong2 check all don't have. They said they can't do anything else.
This morning can still hear her.

dafuq, maybe you should call plumber and ask what they can do, or like other people suggested, SPCA, they sure got idea 1.

can take a photo of where u stand? maybe u can provide us with some clue on ur surrounding.

Bro, it's time to contact cat lovers group, if not you're gonna regret it for the rest of your life.

Search for their facebook groups or pages, i'm sure there's one or two that willing to go through hell to rescue that kitten.

Tried already. And she only responses to my or my mom. Can hear her meowing but no idea where she it.

Are there any aircond compressor out there? Last puasa my cat jumped out and got stuck behind the compressor. Had to fish her out using some trap knots.

SPCA, don't put so much hope. They are too 'institutionalized' if you get what I mean. Plus lack of volunteers. Community groups are better and can react faster in my opinion.

pay the guy who offered his services for 500+petrol to get the cat. strap on a gopro on his head, then cash in on the video footage of him (i) rescuing the cat; or (ii) falling 16 floors.

last time i go area2 construction site at evening and ask 1 indon (easier to talk and understand) then I bring him with my car to my house and after job done i send them back. Just don't go during their working time tho...

They need safety gear and scaffolding for this I guess. Definitely not 1 man job. This roof is very risky to climb alone without safety gear. And I won't risk anyone's life for this. Unless they have safety gear.

Seriously? Get someone who knows alot of people, like a community leader or something. If they also don't know, then i don't know how to help.

Can you go around your housing area to see if any house is doing renovations? Or go out to your nearest market area and ask if anyone knows any Indon/Bangla/Myanmar fellas who do renovations?

Worse come to worse, call a roofing contractor from yellow pages. If you need funds to do something, just holla here. I'll contribute some money to get the little kitten out.
