The road is start fr tangki air Syabas there to the site of Camellia Residence. -Fr the master plan there will be 9 blocks of shops. Developer propose to convert only few blocks of the shops to residential but it is not easy to convert commercial to residential so just ignore there will be any convertion of commercial to residential. Thus, from Camellia to Eco Majetic later only about 3-4 km, which in Eco Majestic, there shall be a new interchange enter to Lekas. |

Just aware the package for Camellia Residence...
Free legal fees for SPA and Loan Agreement, free MOT too.. Stamp duty for Loan agreement is not covered if not mistaken, but just fairly small amount, just about 2k if not mistaken.. |
