last time shell, petronas, mydin also accept CC for reload for my place.but they stop doing that after their manager stop them. say rugi.

do try asking around any Tesco that you visit. wonder how many of them are aware of the tng reload

Asked if can top-up TnG at Giant Hypermart in Giant Mall, Kelana Jaya...
They said last time can, now no more, can only do mobile top-up.

I went to Tesco Pusat Bandar Puchong this morning and asked the CS counter about TnG top up.
This time even worse, straight away told me no TnG top up. Then I walked to another corner and asked a different staff, she also said no TnG top up. I knew the ePay machine has it but since I have no intention to top up this time, I did not pursuit the matter further.
The conclusion is, Tesco never give a damn about TnG top up service. It's of something least priority. Depending on the staff manning the counter, one needs to be lucky enough to have an experience staff with good knowledge about ePay machine serving you in order to get TnG top up.

heck, that sux. agree, it depends on the staff experience. if the supervisor around, can talk to him/her.

sorry to say, i really don't think that tesco has tng reload service.

giant bt cave can reload tng with giant gift card, but the service currently having "technical issue" said their grand manager

no. giant give card is not reload-able. use until finish all credit inside then purchase new gift card using your credit card

Yes few tesco I went I don't see the tng encoder machine only the thermal paper machine. So I also don't think Tesco have tng reload facility.

staff at customer service also told me no tng services at tesco...

I went to Tesco @ Paradigm Mall, the customer service counter says got machine but not activated. Still awaiting instruction from the HQ. No date specified.

Tesco Ara Damansara, I was just there, staff say no reload. Looks like have to go Mydin USJ.... sui la USJ traffic.

seems like most of the grocers like tesco & giant with tng epay capability trying to avoid the tng topup service by creating multiple non sense reason

Maybe due to the low commission received from TnG which makes the Grocery store shuns TnG reloads
