Asked if can top-up TnG at Giant Hypermart in Giant Mall, Kelana Jaya...
They said last time can, now no more, can only do mobile top-up.

I went to Tesco @ Paradigm Mall, the customer service counter says got machine but not activated. Still awaiting instruction from the HQ. No date specified.

Just reloaded this morning at Jaya Grocer @ Mutiara Tropicana.
Only one cashier has the reload machine and need supervisor to do it. Fast, no sweat, no argument, no fight at all.
Charged to my HL Wise RM100, 99.50 goes into TnG card. I asked, they accept Amex for TnG reload as well.
Hope it is posted in Sep for my Wise grocery CB calculation.

Supervisor (very fast and polite) : "Boleh!"
But I use Wise instead as I have not max out my Wise CB yet. 10% CB, still better than 5% CB + 5x TP.

I noticed the card machine is labelled with Maybank logo.
And so happen that the person in front of me was using Amex card from Citi bank for grocery purchase.

Today only 4th, you already hit Wise's quota?
What else did you use it for? TNB via Payonline? Maxis?

OIC.... want to meet the 1k min amount to BT to MBB...
Alternatively can combine other cc bill to meet 1k.

Reloaded yesterday another RM100 and RM50 to 2 TnG cards @ Jaya Grocer, Mutiara Tropicana using Amex.
I just reload without buying other stuff...parked, reloaded and drove off, in 2 minutes.
No fuss, no argument, no sweat... that's the way to go!

Ooh, can use cc! Guess their CS are blur to inform only CASH.
Is it only at the customer service counter or any check-out counters?

Another great place for me to reload TnG using WISE besides Jaya Grocer. Without RM0.50 charge some more!
I will try out Mutiara Damansara outlet and report back.

Just back from Tesco Mutiara Damansara.
Bad news lah... They only accept cash for reloading TnG.

I planned to reload RM100 initially, then change to RM10 (just to redeem the RM2.50 voucher came with my new TnG-Clubcard).
No RM0.50 charge for reload.

I will resort back to Jaya Grocer for reload then.

Yes, reloaded again on 2nd Nov and also 1st Dec, using Wise. No problemo...
Wanted to topup again, but Wise CB max out dy...
May try out using Amex or PBVS this weekend at Tesco Paradigm. Hope can swipe.

Tried reloading TnG using cc at Tesco Paradigm Mall today. FAILED! Customer Service replied firmly "Cash only!"

What cash rebate do you get in your "you can now enjoy cash rebate (from your T&G balance)"?
Do you get further rebate by using TnG in Tesco, or you mean the rebate from the cc when you topup?
Anyway, I will use Wise or PB VS to topup which get rebates any day of the week. No diff (for my case).
I would use cc on Tesco purchases to get CB instead of using TnG without CB.
And use TnG at toll, LRT that do not accept cc.
Now the other issue is the Tesco I frequent not even accept cc for topup. Sad..
