Reloaded rm200 at Mymydin Bkt Tinggi klang with mbb islamic ikhwan card. 50 cents surcharge still apply.

Plus expressway Tng counter at Jln Duta is offline for credit card reload Today.

Were told by CS tht better call CS 1800 tp check whiCH office is available.

I tweeted @MyTouchnGo n replied is Damansara office is ONLINE for credit card reload.

Wow, u manage to reload touch n go at mymydin bkt tinggi klang? could you tell me when and what time u reload your touch n go? because i go at the weekend to reload, they said updated system no longer support reload touch n go by using credit card.

I went there on Sat evening around 1800H. Reach there I straight away ask reload tng rm200 available or not then 2nd question can use CC or not? Female cashiers said boleh, pass her both tng and cc. Thats what I usually do at this Mymydin.

I still couldn't understand why touch and go could not be reloaded in the absence of the card, but Zing card could.

because zing card is linked to your cc. so payment directly charged to your cc.

Did your notice on this posting by TnG in FB? its refer to card warranty for all newly brought users end 30 April 2015.

wonder what's the reasoning they doing this... hmm.gif

wash hand lo... fast fast finish warranty, more business for them if card spoiled
either the % of faulty card is high... or they don't have confident on their card vendor

Exercise its right for being a monopoly company.
Try to sneak in this new warranty policy on 1st April when public pay attention to GST.
