if you are referring to only length, quite a number of developments has it.
but if you are referring to minimum size to match olympic size (including width), then the pool of development shrunk considerably.

usually the development would market these as "lapping pools" in which it could be as tight as just 2 lanes worth of 50m length pool.

semi olympic pool.... Emerald residence @ Bandar mahkota cheras. many units left 550k onwards with freebies and etc..

Boss, I am referring to the length, which is for the long course (50m), not the short course (25m).

Which condo has pool which meet the olympic requirements, which is 50m length, 25m width and 10 lanes...(maybe not on the 10 lanes...hehe)

Haha, which condo has 2 lanes of 50m pool?

I actually like 50 meter pool. Why so big? There are many people who like to train their heart i.e. cardio exercise. Which such a length, it is just perfect for a good swim. nod.gif

A lot of swimmers would prefer the 50m distance ma, especially if they swim regularly.

However, I would think that this is rarely a major influence in decision making for a condo purchase.

if u have amex treatpoint u can use it to redeem the membership..however if u are frequent swimmer and swim a lot, monthly fees i think about 60++ oni.. can go gym, pool and got sauna also. and their locker, tower, parking will be free also..

so big for lap swimming.. damn nice.. oni set back is the pool is flat at 1.2m and lots of disturbance of children swimming especially school holiday sad.gif mad.gif
