Yeah people like to stand in water 1/4 way, 1/2 way of the whole lap. It's almost impossible to have an uninterrupted swim for the whole lap.

I go for my regular swim in this club. Pretty decent pool and they have an area for kids also,

haha somehow kinda agree..always...always will have some kids will suddenly swim in ur lane..and got ppl stand at the end when u about to reach the end. worse some barger with kids just no smart enough to teach their kids to swim at the kids session..

but i do manage to have many session of uninterrupted swim.. feel superb after that

If one is looking for a full 50m lap swim, he almost has to also check if it is possible to have uninterrupted swim for the whole lap. In some of the pools which I went to, they reserve a few lanes by putting dividing cable on it. Anyway swimming pool is kind of luxury item these days. With the dry spell going on, soon we are going to run out of water to drink/wash/bath.

2. kl trillion, kl

5. kiaraville, mont kiara
6. ara hill, ara damansara
7. kelana puteri, kelana jaya
8. sentral residences, kl sentral

you mean 1utama club is full olympic size but 1.2m depth flat out?
ouch!

i think serious swimmers should stick to public pools then like kelana jaya, bukit jalil or the one near velodrom cheras.
some of these offer more than 1 olympic size pool. and of course diving areas as well.

I think the club owner is trying to avoid to have a life guard requirement there. Thanks for the list kochinkor...

depend very much on requirement bro.. if ppl like me only know how to swim , duno how to dive or 'stand' water..1.2m depth flat is quite ok since can swim lapping. i use to go kelana jaya swim but the cleanliness is parking security is always concern to me.

dont know why their toilet always have shit smell and the parking supposingly its a free parking but got ppl stand by there and collect money. when i park at side corner always afraid will kena scratch or something. then also afraid my wallet , car key n phone kena curi while i swim since there is no locker provided in kelana jaya.. my friend kena curi b4 in ipoh swimming pool
