if you are referring to only length, quite a number of developments has it.
but if you are referring to minimum size to match olympic size (including width), then the pool of development shrunk considerably.

usually the development would market these as "lapping pools" in which it could be as tight as just 2 lanes worth of 50m length pool.

Boss, I am referring to the length, which is for the long course (50m), not the short course (25m).

Which condo has pool which meet the olympic requirements, which is 50m length, 25m width and 10 lanes...(maybe not on the 10 lanes...hehe)

Haha, which condo has 2 lanes of 50m pool?

you mean 1utama club is full olympic size but 1.2m depth flat out?
ouch!

i think serious swimmers should stick to public pools then like kelana jaya, bukit jalil or the one near velodrom cheras.
some of these offer more than 1 olympic size pool. and of course diving areas as well. wink.gif

Been to the KJ and Cheras one...not so impressive

Was told the one at Putrajaya near Pullman Hotel is good, new and clean

Trying to be more technical. Below is the specs and criteria to qualify for olympic

Length : 50 m (164 ft 1 in)

Width : 25 m (82 ft 0 in)

Depth : FR 2 : minimum 1.35 m (4 ft 5 in) between 1 m and 6 m from ends; minimum of 1.0 m (3 ft 3 in)
elsewhere
FR 3 Swimming Pools for Olympic Games and World Championships: minimum 2.0 m (6 ft 7 in);
recommended 3.0 m (9 ft 10 in)

Number of lanes : 10

Lane width : 2.5 m (8 ft 2 in)

Water temperature : 25–28 °C (77–82 °F)

Light intensity : minimum 1500 lux (140 footcandles)

Volume : Based on a nominal depth of 2 m, this is 2,500,000 L (550,000 imp gal; 660,000 US gal)
or, in terms of cubic volume, 2,500 m3 (88,000 cu ft), as is commonly quoted.

yup. you cannot hold on the floating lane as well.... lifeguard will whistle and give warning.

good n deep enough to learn butterfly stroke... avoid to slam your face on the tile surface underwater before master it.

Ok, misunderstood. Thought via above thread u meant there is lifeguard at Seni
