If highrise affected the rest sure affected la. Those holding highrise got their money locked in, many of them dreaming of cashing out and buying their dream landed, retirement, biz expansion etc they dont invest for fun.

If highrise affected badly....they may abandon highrise n go rampas landed as safer haven....n this may cause landed price to shoot even higher.....possible?

As usual, some but not all fastories will doing well, but only kayu balak investor like boss can afford.

For LAND, any specific type, location, and size to invest?

These dreamers are more likely ended up in loan default, npl and auction.

At current land price, it is not viable to set up factory for export. Most local factories are SME for local consumption or office cum warehouse.

Highrise good or bad very depending on the location. But given the security and affordability issue....buying a highrise at outskirt like kajang does not mean wrong decision. Some people just prefer it. When you experience kena rob at landed....you will understand what i mean.

I am staying at highrise now...move from landed. Very happy with the security. No intention to move back landed.

Yup boss, not all factories but most ll do beta compared to most shops for now.

Lotsa link factories r being used up for storage due to cheaper rental in psf. And some commi factories r being used for showrooms rather than shops oso bcos due to cheaper rental in psf and of cos bigger space.

It's interesting to c the transformation in slow pace for the past few yrs and I blif it continues for the near future.

For land, agri cpo lands r stil ok to invest for cap appre. Some ppl buy lands to plant fruit trees while waiting for the cap appre. V hav a buddy here doin so.

Land loc is subjective. A pc of land performing here does mean the land nxt to it ll do the same. Size of cos depend on loc la. Fren just bot 1000 acres in Martin. But he won't b buying even an acre in klcc.

Historically in all bull runs, except those exited the market, all punters/flippers end up worst off than the beginning. As most bought property with high leverage, many will ended up with auction and bankruptcy.

Focus on self strength to make moolah. Dun spend time focus on others strength or weakness to look for excuses.

I know a few fella really buy property for fun only, when ask how the property they bought they said donno, people say buy property I buy lah, not renting out also don't care, just keep it empty, some even more than year empty, they don't even bother go & look at the conditions of the property, just buy & keep, no intention to look for buyer also.

Basically they bought the property because his friend & relative bought property & heard of keeping property better than keep cash.
