Frankly speaking, I have not see in general the price has dropped below purchased price yet except if there are few fire sales due to ah loong issue.

if price still resist n didn't drop below the launching price, how people consider it as DDD? Or they define DDD as price drop from selling price? Let's say developer offer price 600km u buy n then u try sell at 900k. At the end u sell at 700k. They rejoice liao as price DDD 200k liao??? If that's the case, why dont they buy at original price when launching n wait??? I am confused n if any DDD camp member can explain what is the price drop can consider DDD???

Offices unit at shop houses and basic office buildings ll not b doin well in the next 8-10 yrs.

A grade offices ll do vely well.

Soho at certain areas might b doin exceptionally well but most ll kantoi.

Condo sure kantoi for big tickets.

Landed no worries if for holding.

Shops at grd flr ll face competition due to malls.

Stratafied shops ll do beta than conventional shops for the next few yrs but the trend might not last too long.

Most factories ll not b facing big issue regardless link, smd, detached.

Lands sure surge in price.

All above my pov for rental market except lands.

Selling at break even or sasame profit is consider DDD already., selling below purchased price is also DDD but refer as Dead3....wakakakkaa

Many years ago a relative bought a condo for 99K & sold at 120K 3 years later, end of the day consider loss money after calculating reno done & interest paid, another case landed bought for 150K & sell for 180K 4 years later, if these senario return then certainly big time DDD, no need sell below purchased price, but don't be surprised some very over price at ulu area might end up selling at lost.
