quite a number launched wor.. the other day went to putra residence balloting.. blardy hell it's so packed!!! i gave up my spot and my buddy waited until the end. luckily he got a unit. if one really go out and see.. i would say the market is still hot.. I'm somehow surprise that we have so much rich malaysians.. rm600k++ still need to ballot and wait like a mad man.. damn it.

now instead of thinking of brand new.. i'm once again aiming at Subsale.. i don't like staying in puchong sad.gif

sticker game!? what the hell before 2pm i was still waiting there.. the ballot goes off 1 by 1.. and ppl have to pay up cheque/bank draft immediately after choosing the unit... ini pun sticker game? rclxub.gif

New launches will be there to ensure staffs got work to do, but the size and freq will be reduced at least to maintain the margin & price.

Of course they now stop launching projects in Perlis and Kedah...too many empty lots in these 2 states

Must have read or learnt from ppl who said dont let bank earn them interest and its more saving in buying with cash.

Burst liao..its DDD since this year. One student predicting that price going DDD now and cont in the nex 3 years. So best time according to this student is 3yrs later to buy property when price bottomed liao

Unlike stocks and commodities, as property is illiquid, it will takes years for property price to bottom.

Slowing down and see what gov want do 1st...they have a bunch of fresh grad in degree,master and phd help them to research market. Dint even count the network connection they have with insider in gov.

Sticker game? Hahaha depend on developer la. This what happen when I went to midfield 2 launching last few month..
Everyone only limit to buy 1 unit even they have some requirement for YTL staff, not all can buy, if not mistaken only staff who work with YTL more than a year and did not own YTL property can have privilege bought a day earlier.

At first I went there early morning tot wanna buy 1 unit, then see response so hot I fast fast ask my wife bought another 1 since I only can take 1 unit. U think market really so soft meh? Of cox there is some project not selling very well , investor also not stupid geh if project overprice who wanna buy.

Based on observation on that day, YTL staff told me this time there is more people buying for own stay rather than investment .Very good sign for me

If a project is 80+% sold at launch and take 3 years to vp, why still need to spend on m&a before vp?

4 1/2 years for putra residence.. and it fully sold at the end of the launch. Nothings left for you.

As I told u not all project is selling well, u must clever to pick which 1 is good.
U think YTL property got spend money on newspaper advertisement ? They only advertise after the project sold with 3 days. This just to market company brand name..

Try to call ytl sales office now see still got any unit in midfiled 2 for sales anot and see what they told u.
May be they will ask u to register and wait for second phase or put u In waiting list for unit that put back in market for unsuccessful loan
