Last time he bought 700k that house I told him do not go for it. He expected to go 1mil as today price. However, it already post for advertisement for sale for few months but still not any buyer. How la? The house is near taman equine, shall he lower down the price? But rugi already la....

Not really, is the location problem at Telok Panglima, her one is landed double storey corner house. Fully renovated also. But the house are over at least 10 years old. She desperate wanted to sale but she only advertised for 2 months. No choice as she can't wait.
