Let us know what n where is the property. What is the selling price. If price is ngam. There ll be buyers. If he still want to sell at good profits....then forget about it. When he get retrenched, he may have got some VSS....can last him few months guah....

Investment is not risk free. Every investment got win or lose. Those who invest time in waiting may win or still be losing. Admitting losing is hard. Accepting losing lagi hard. If he admit n accept losing, break away with small loss at 700k should be easier....

Not sure his 700k is S&P price or his actual buying price as many developer has offered early bird discount, rebates etc. If not lose too much, trying exit the market at minor injury is still ok. Or else later bear bear ll come knock on his door delivering bankruptcy notice. laugh.gif

The house at more remote location ll need more time if u want a decent price. Because the amount of interested buyer is much lesser. Most people ll choose property with quick entry n quick exit if available.
