So how does the procedure after bailed out ?
Any /k/ lawyer care to explain?
do the suspects have to report themselves to the police station everyday?
or the police send some CID to watch them?

Hey in Peninsula, if u are under 16 yrs old, they can remand you for 1 week until sentencing.

I know they can post bail for over 16 years old. But usually those case that does not cause hurt like white collar crime one can post bail. This one slashing can post bail? Whats more suspicious is 2 of the fellas got outstanding warrant for various offences. How come not remanded for that offence? Because judge is not responsible for the other type of offences? What kind of fked judicial system is being run here?

depends what the judge conditions give them to post bail.
6k for cash bail + how many people to make the bail and how much required salary etc.
police no time go stalk them also.

come 10th september, they dont show up at court, judge issue new arrest warrant.
police cant find the 3, find the people who post the bail for them.
if end up still cant find, those who bail for them will be in trouble.most probably see jail time.

Problem is not RM6K. Problem is these fellas run and takes time to find them back again. Waste police resource.

the judge got problem... look at the video, they slash the defenseless guys like chop meat. they deserve to be in jail rather than with their family.
