Hey in Peninsula, if u are under 16 yrs old, they can remand you for 1 week until sentencing.

I know they can post bail for over 16 years old. But usually those case that does not cause hurt like white collar crime one can post bail. This one slashing can post bail? Whats more suspicious is 2 of the fellas got outstanding warrant for various offences. How come not remanded for that offence? Because judge is not responsible for the other type of offences? What kind of fked judicial system is being run here?

Problem is not RM6K. Problem is these fellas run and takes time to find them back again. Waste police resource.
