Anime : Black Lagoon



Description

When Okajima Rokuro visits Southeast Asia carrying a top secret disk, he is kidnapped by pirates riding in the torpedo boat, "Black Lagoon". Although he thought he would be rescued soon, the company actually abandons him, and sends mercenaries to retrieve the secret disk. He narrowly escapes with his life, but has nowhere to go. He gives up his name and past, and resolves to live as a member of the Black Lagoon.

Just watched the first episode....this anime is sweet! None of that ecchi, humor crap. Just pure action. And a brash chick with guns.

It's like she is using gun-kata just like in that new whatever-name movie Mila Jovovich is in. Gun play is always fancy.. especially u put in a chick and dual guns in it.

That lady is a SHE, although I'm not sure if she's the main character. Seems like this anime will be about that Rokuro guy.

I thought about that too. Seems like that Rokuro person got some kind of "kyuubi" power or somesort, anger is the trigger.

but there is lack of soemthing very important that make anime soo damm great
super confusing nonsense talking that lead to no where cntributen othign and just plain time wasting
see eva and lain ? they talk alot , and most of the time are uncomprehentable

this anime is more srtraightforward
balanced pace for relax and action
it would be great if they put in random stupid talk that dont make sense

Aduh, I downloaded it but then I mistakenly deleted it cause I thought it was something I already watched. Now have to redownload.

At least something new for this year in the anime industry. Only Episode 2 and the show looks promising. The main reason I got hooked with this show because of LEVI - the BadA*s, foul mouthed, not so ladylike character. Pair her with Faye Valentine from Cowboy Beebop and we have total destruction

Just wait for it, patiently. Shinsen Subs, currently the best fansub group subbing Black Lagoon, has like tons of other projects with them. Nonetheless, it's worth your time waiting. Episode 6 rules BTW.

In episode 4, Dutch packed 4 tanks of oxygen into a metal cage at 17:25 - 17:28 minutes.

At 17:51 - 17:52, you can see Rock is carrying the cage in the water, swimming after Revy.

anywho, they seem to miss out on a mandatory scene in order to save time and mooney.

The scene where levy is suppose to open the sub door from the torpedo room and got sucked into the next room AND THEN place the explosive on the second door and LOCKS the first door shut tight BEFORE blowing up the second door to enter the sub.

So the sub will not be flooded gradually by the water coming through the torpedo room.

instead of just: *BOOM*, flush in, rock gets angry at levy, get painting, done.

not a plot hole, But who cares, wahahaha.

I never said I dislike Black Lagoon, I only mentioned the "plot holes", which isnt a plot hole since it's my mistake.

Black Lagoon is still brand-new, which means exposure to this anime is still quite low among the crowd. Therefore, chances of fan faggotry (as those exhibited by Samurai X, Bleach, One Piece and Nartuo community) are still pretty slim. There are yet to be enough credible evidence to justify disliking it, besides cases of personal preference. Now, let's wait until BL hits the 567th episode with dozens upon dozens of filler eps, shall we? Then again, I'm just being sarcastic, but hell, who does not hate Nartuo and want call upon Imageboard users to Zerg Rush their forums?

Anyway, Black Lagoon lacks ultra-generic anime stereotypes which are commonly:
- Some dude skilled with fighting/shooting but is a goody-goody merciful retard who won't kill anyone. Rock came close (though he's not the fighting/shooting type), but managed to steer away from the path of stereotype by showing off his manly non-emo side on ep. 7.
- Some stupid kid with superpowers going on an adventure with his pals to... GAIN MORE SUPERPOWERS AND DEFITE (sic) EVIL WHENEVER HE SEES ONE! Cheap merchandise products like magic cards and racecars may be included to boost profit.
- A loli magical girl with... MORE POWERS! Enough spiced-up moe and loli content to make the common otaku fap.
- GIANT ROBOTS! This needs little explanation.

however... it's no secret nor original plot that we are going to see Levy F*cking the brains out of Rock with her mentally disturbed C*nt.

It's only a matter of time, coz the perverted fans demand it.

whether it will be shown in FULL FRONTAL ANIMASU or simply a "hint" that they did it is still a mystery though.

heh.

and.... grumpy cranky chicks with guns, maid with guns..... Sounds too familliar, too many times.

It isnt 100% original, but atleast it's entertaining, up to a point......

So far, I had only stumbled upon one H-image for BL (Revy, obviously) but no H-doujins yet. Now, Revy isn't exactly the best fapping material out there (otakus would disregard warnings from FBI and Canada by fapping to lolis moar), but I guess some people do have fetishes for tough chicks. It's the Internet after all!
