Guys, I had a question like to ask. I want to know how u guys manage this when u travel with your camera. It's about the storage for your photo taken. Do you guys normally bring a laptop every time you travel or just bought a big bunch of SD/CF cards?

For me, I always bringing my laptop to copy everything to my laptop daily. But I find it troublesome sometimes to keep bringing laptop with me every time I travel. It takes an amount of luggage space honestly.

Looks like I'll be getting the 6D kit this week. A bit of dilemma as I'm allowed to choose either the 24-105 L lens or 16-35 F4/L IS for the same price package. I know both are for different uses, but they are both lenses I'm planning to get lol.

yaya lifetime warranty. the seller told me that he changed the sensor for me prior to selling to me. apparently something to do with 5D classic not being a to-be-sold-in-malaysia unit when it was launched, hence all 5D classic sets were brought in from overseas. he told me 5D2 and 5d3 etc are sold by canon malaysia, 5D Classic tarak, dunno how true though...

stopped lunging my DSLR(s) since graduating ... coming up to 3 years now 

now that friends left and right are tying the knot, been getting more requests to be the candid/backup photographer. what's left of my equipment is pretty old since I previously only bought used goods ... 2 x 1DmkIIn , 24-105 f4 L , Sigma 50 f1.4 and 2 x 580EXII

hands feeling itchy and since I'm too lazy to do much post-processing (noise reduction etc) , planing to add more loot to my kit

Definitely getting :
1. Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM Lens

Now unsure what body to pair it to , brain says Canon 700D since I'm not a super keen photographer ... but heart says Canon 6D

nah, no point. unless it is to upgrade from F4L to F2.8, otherwise i see no reason to limit yourself from having a higher range lens, at least that is me la

And also some prefer the lighter and more compact 24-105 than the 24-70 2.8 for travelling

I'm still waiting for a refresh 24-105 II... Long overdue for the best versatile lens

Lately my company is doing renovation and my dept. recovered a legacy Canon lens from a corner of my office.

I'd like to ask any Canon user here who is familiar/expert in legacy lenses: how valuable is this lens in terms of ringgit if it's still functional?

I just own 5d mark ii. My question is during the live view. i cannot focus using shutter button. other model like 600d can focus using shutter button during live view.
